Fundamentals and Trends in IP and Tech Mediation and Arbitration

THE WORKSHOP

In their first collaboration, the World Intellectual Property Organization’s (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center and the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance present a full-day workshop on the fundamentals and trends in intellectual property and technology mediation and arbitration.

The all-day program features speakers from Atlanta and around the world (including from WIPO’s offices in Geneva) and will be held at modern, state-of-the art facilities at the Georgia State University College of Law’s building, including the Atlanta Center for International Arbitration and Mediation. Continuing legal education credit (6 Georgia CLE hours approved) will be provided.

Registration fee includes the all-day workshop plus CLE hours, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and cocktail reception.
