The Intellectual Property Section of the Atlanta Bar Association and the Georgia Intellectual Property Alliance are seeking nominations for the
2022 MOST INNOVATIVE
CORPORATE IP LAW DEPARTMENT
AWARD
In its fifth year, this award honors the IP law departments in metro Atlanta that are addressing the challenges of managing intellectual property with new and cutting-edge methods, or otherwise stand out for their innovation or excellence. This innovation can relate to intellectual property prosecution, litigation, portfolio management or any other aspect of intellectual property. The innovation can also involve creative ways in which a company has evolved to address the challenges of the pandemic.
Nominations for all company types are encouraged, such as non-profit, university, large or small companies, public or private companies – all IP law departments are of interest and will be considered. The winning law departments will be honored at the 18th Annual SpringPosium Intellectual Property Conference. Details of the conference to follow.
To nominate an IP law department, please email cbroussard@atlantabar.org with a completed nomination form. In your nomination, please include a detailed narrative describing why your nominee should be considered for the Most Innovative Corporate IP Law Department. Please feel free to include web links to any additional materials you believe will help us evaluate your nominee, including articles, blog posts, etc. The nominations will be reviewed by the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Bar Association Intellectual Property Section.
