When Can Artists Use Athletes’ & Sports Teams’ Intellectual Property (and Other Sports-Related IP Topics)?

Join Georgia Lawyers for the Arts for a discussion of the intellectual property rights of athletes and sports teams and who has the right to exploit that IP.  We will also discuss when and how the First Amendment intersects with copyright law, as well discuss IP licensing with special emphasis on professional versus amateur athletes.  Wear your favorite team’s gear!
