The USPTO is partnering with Georgia State University School of Law to present live PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board) and TTAB (Trademark Trial and Appeal Board) proceedings actually pending before the PTAB and TTAB and to provide educational sessions where Board judges share tips for successful advocacy before the TTAB and PTAB.
